The Central Board of Secondary Education has launched a comprehensive result tabulation portal for calculating and compiling the Class 12 CBSE Results. The portal which has been developed will not only ensure accuracy in the calculation of marks but will also speed up the result calculation process enabling the board to release the CBSE Class 12 Results by July 31, 2021.
The result tabulation portal has a section for uploading the internal grades, practical/ project/ internal assessment marks along with an option for class 12 data verification for the class 10 students through the roll number, board, and year of the passing of the students.

The result tabulation portal will also provide access to the performance of the students and help in entering and uploading the class 11 theory marks, class 12 theory marks, class 12 tabulation sheet for checking, moderation of theory marks for class 11, and 12.

The CBSE has also prepared a similar portal for the Class 10 Result tabulation. Dr Antriksh Johri, Director IT, CBSE has stated that a system has been developed for the computation of class 10 marks based on the result data available with the board in case of the students who passed the class 10 exams from CBSE only. With respect to the students from other boards, the CBSE along with the help of Regional offices will collect the result data from the state boards for the computation of class 10 component (30%) of marks of class 12. The system will also be computing the 30 percent class 11 component and 40 percent class 12 marks.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2021
According to the information shared by the CBSE, the Class 10 results 2021 are expected to be declared by July 20, 2021, while the Class 12 Results 2021 are expected by July 31, 2021. The results will be declared based on the evaluation scheme set by the board since the exams have been cancelled considering the pandemic. The board has also submitted a plan for conducting the optional exams in August and September for only the main subjects. The students who are unhappy with their results will be able to appear for the optional exams when conducted.
