Delhi School News: Schools in New Delhi are introducing measures to protect the health of students under the circumstances that physical classes will resume in the national capital. As per reports, however, parents are in a dilemma with regard to sending their children to school risking exposure to pollution and keeping them at home and missing essential in-person activities.
Schools in the national capital have suggested that children start wearing masks and minimise outdoor activities for students as part of measures to avoid any health risks considering the air pollution in the city, The Supreme Court on Monday suggested resuming physical classes as per the conditions.
Schools have been conducting classes in the online and hybrid mode considering the extremely poor air quality in the area. Schools in Delhi, NCR, Gurugram, and Faridabad have been conducting classes for students until class 12 in the hybrid mode after a recent directive issued by the Supreme Court regarding the school closure and GRAP- 4 guidelines in place in the city.
