GATE 2021 Registration Process Begins: IIT Bombay – the institute in charge of holding GATE 2021 Exam has started the application process for the PG Entrance Exam Today, ahead of schedule. According to the dates provided by the institute, the registration process was to commence on 14th Sept 2020 and was to continue until 30th Sept 2020. However, the institute has opened the GOAPS Application today and started accepting applications for GATE 2021. Candidates can now log onto GOAPS Registration Portal and register themselves by logging onto the exam portal appsgate.iitb.ac.in. As per the schedule, the Closing Date of the Regular online registration/application portal is September 30, 2020, while the End of the Extended period for online registration/application
(with late fee) is October 7, 2020, and the Last Date for change of category, paper, and examination city (an additional fee will be applicable) is November 13, 2020.

GATE 2021 Examination Schedule
The GATE 2021 examination will be conducted in two schedules. The morning schedule will be conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon while the afternoon schedule will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The results of GATE 2021 are expected to be released by March 22, 2020.
About GATE 2021
GATE 2021 is conducted for the admissions to the undergraduate Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture and the Postgraduate programmes in Arts, Commerce and Science. The exams will be conducted for 27 subjects in the different cities across the country and six cities outside India. It has also been mentioned that the exams will be conducted in the international centre only if the current COVID-19 situation eases and the travel and other restrictions are related. It must also be noted that the GATE 2021 score will remain valid for three years from the date to the announcement of the GATE 2021 results.
