Declaration Form with Admit Card
Along with the release of the JEE Advanced 2021 admit card, candidates will also be provided a declaration form that students have to fill. This form has all the details related to COVID-19. It is mandatory for candidates to fill it and carry it with them to the exam centre. Also, candidates should note that the IIT JEE Admit Card 2021 is a mandatory document that will be required to enter the exam hall on 3rd October – the Exam Day.
