Madhya Pradesh RTE Lottery Result 2025: The Madhya Pradesh government has announced the results of the RTE (Right to Education) lottery for free admissions to private schools in the state. The official website, www.rteportal.mp.gov.in, now allows parents to verify the status of their children's school allocation. Additionally, registered cellphone numbers are receiving SMS notifications of the results.
This year's lottery was conducted for admissions to Nursery, KG-1, and Class 1 under the RTE quota. A total of 1,66,751 eligible applicants competed for 93,822 available seats across 18,481 private schools in the state. The seat distribution is as follows:
- Nursery: 54,000 seats (1,03,139 applicants)
- KG-1: 22,799 seats (47,738 applicants)
- Class 1: 6,646 seats (15,874 applicants)
Admissions Process and Important Dates
Between June 2 and June 10, 2025, parents whose children have been assigned to schools must finish the admissions procedures. Complaints can be submitted to the District Education Office if any school refuses admission.
72,812 kids (87%) were assigned to the school of their choice out of the 83,483 applicants who made that their top choice.

- Enter the application number and any additional information that is needed.
- The allocation letter can be seen and downloaded.
Post-lottery Admissions Procedure
Parents must visit the designated school within the allowed time limit, accompanied by the allotment letter and required paperwork. In order to finalize the admission, the school will take a picture of the youngster using a mobile application and then verify it using an OTP.Between June 2 and June 10, 2025, parents of children assigned to schools must finish the admissions process. The District Education Office is the place to file complaints if a school denies a child admission.
