NEET Counselling 2021: As per the updates, many states have started undergraduate medical counselling for the state quota seats. The NEET-UG counselling of different states is conducted by state counselling bodies. However, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is yet to release the notification for all India quota NEET-UG 2021 counselling.
NEET UG counselling 2021 under the 85% state quota seats is held by the respective state authorities for admission to state government and private dental and medical colleges. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ).
List of State Which have Started MBBS, BDS Counselling Process for Medical Admissions
- Assam NEET Counselling 2021: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Government of Assam has released the Assam NEET merit list 2021 for MBBS/BDS courses. Candidates can check the Assam NEET-UG merit list on the official website - dme.assam.gov.in. - Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2021: The NEET UG Medical and Dental Admission/Counseling Board-2021, Government Dental College (RUHS College of Dental Sciences), Jaipur has started the registration process for state NEET 2021 counselling. Candidates can apply online at the official website till 27th December 2021. Rajasthan NEET 2021 application is a two-step process. Candidates will have to complete both steps, as it is mandatory. - Karnataka NEET Counselling 2021: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started online registration for admission to 85% state quota undergraduate medical seats. NEET 2021 qualified candidates can apply at kea.kar.nic.in who wish to get admission in Karnataka medical colleges. Also, the Karnataka NEET counselling process will be different for Karnataka and non-Karnataka candidates.
- Tamil Nadu NEET Counselling 2021: The authorities have started the registration procedure for Tamil Nadu NEET counselling. Candidates who can apply for seats under 85% state quota seats at - tnhealth.tn.gov.in. They will be required to login to the counselling portal using their registered email ID and password. The last date to register from TN NEET counselling is 7th January.
- Himachal Pradesh NEET Counselling 2021: The Atal Medical & Research University, Himachal Pradesh conducted the registration for the counselling for HP NEET 2021 in the online mode. Also, as per the revised schedule, the application form correction window will be available between 20th to 23rd December 2021. After the conclusion of the NEET Himachal Pradesh registration process, the authorities will release the merit list of selected candidates for the further counselling process.
- AP NEET Counselling 2021: Dr NTR University of Health Science (NTRUHS) released the Andhra Pradesh NEET rank list 2021. The AP NEET merit list has been released for MBBS/BDS courses on the official website - ntruhs.ap.nic.in. NTRUHS stated in its official notice: "This is not a merit list. The Provisional Merit position will be displayed after receipt of online applications in response to the University Notification and Final Merit List will be displayed after verification of certificates." - Punjab NEET Counselling 2021: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has released the provisional merit list for counselling. The Punjab NEET provisional merit list for candidates applied under Sikh/Christian Minority quota is available on the official website- bfuhs.ac.in. Candidates are required to carry with them the NEET UG 2021 Admit Card and Scorecard, Class 10 and 12 Certificates, transfer certificates after HSC exams, Aaadhar Card, Driving License, Caste/ Category certificate if required. - Gujarat NEET Counselling 2021: The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gujarat, conducted the registration procedure on 14th December 2021. Gujarat NEET merit list will be published at medadmgujarat.org soon.
NEET-UG Counselling 2021
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be conducting the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 counselling in four rounds. The counselling will be conducted on mcc.nic.in for various undergraduate and postgraduate medical courses. Recently, MCC has made some important announcements regarding the NEET UG counselling 2021.
