NIFT 2nd Round Counselling Commences, last date August 1

NIFT Counselling 2019: The National Institute of Fashion Technology has commenced the 2nd round counselling for the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered by the institute. The 2nd round counselling process began at 9 AM today for the Master of Fashion Technology (M.F.Tech) programmes offered at the institute. Candidates who have qualified for the second round of counselling can check below the detailed schedule for the counslling process.

The registration process for the second round of counselling of NIFT 2019 started on July 19, 2019 and continued until 4:30 PM on July 22, 2019. Ad per the instructions given in the notification candidates who have taken admission once and withdraws the same will not be considered for the admission in the upcoming counselling rounds. The counselling process will be held in 16 campuses of NIFT. Only those candidates who have a Merit Rank and have registered for the second round of NIFT counselling are eligible to participate in the counselling process.

Candidates reporting for the counselling process are required to carry all the necessary documents and certificates without fail. Candidates also need to carry photocopies of all the documents. It has also been notified that the candidates are required to report to the counselling centres at 9 AM sharp.

Schedule for NIFT Round 2 Counselling

List of documents to be carried include System generated letter/e-mail received by the candidate, Photograph (2 Passport & 4 Stamp Size), Marksheet & Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination, Marksheet & Certificate of having passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination, showing the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Math for B.F. Tech., Category certificate, Certificate for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category, Semester Fee in the form of a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,45,950/-, Copy of 12th class School Leaving Certificate, Copy of 1st, 2nd & 3rd year graduation mark sheet/ self-attested copy of final year appearing certificate (For Master Programmes), Undertaking for the candidate seeking provisional admission, Undertaking from the students, as per provisions of anti-ragging, Undertaking about Eligibility, Fee and Refund, Medical Fitness Certificate in prescribed format, Form for withdrawal of Admission, Authorization letter for the candidate who are not in a position to attend the counselling process in person
