MBBS Course in Hindi: Rajasthan has announced the launch of the MBBS programme in Hindi along with English. The announcement was made by the Rajasthan state government on September 14 on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. Along with Rajasthan, the Chhattisgarh state government has also announced the introduction of the MBBS course in Hindi in the state.
Rajasthan will be implementing the Hindi language in phases. As per reports, in the 2024-25 academic year, two medical colleges in the state affiliated with the Marwar Medical University will introduce the new course. Students will also be provided with the option to choose their preferred language for MBBS education.
Chhattisgarh Announced MBBS Course in Hindi
Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai has announced the implementation of the MBBS course in Hindi from the annoying academic year. The CM mentioned that the government has decided on Hindi diwas by introducing MBBS courses in Hindi. The books in Hindi will be introduced in the first year of the session. He further added that the state health department has been asked to arrange books and study materials for the same.
Earlier, states like Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh implemented medical education in Hindi. The decision has been taken in link with the vision of imparting education in Hindi. Madhya Pradesh was the first state to launch an MBBS course in Hindi.
