Tamil Nadu School Quarterly Holidays 2024: The Tamil Nadu School Education Department has extended quarterly holidays for all educational institutions in the state. Now, students will return to their respective schools on October 7 instead of October 3, 2024. Tamil Nadu school holidays have been prolonged after receiving requests from various teachers’ associations.
As per the official order, all government, government-aided, private-primary, middle, high, and higher secondary schools will remain shut till October 6, 2024. The authorities will resume classes on October 7, 2024.
Schools in Tamil Nadu administer quarterly exams in September for class 6 to 12 students. TN quarterly exams began on September 19 and will continue till September 27, 2024. Thus, students can enjoy their holidays from September 28 to October 6, 2024
