Eligibility Criteria for Registrar, Finance Officer, Librarian and Other Job

• Group A

1. Registrar: A Post Graduate with Master Degree with at least 55percent of the marks or an equivalent in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Age Limit: Not exceeding 57 years as on 30 October 2020.

2. Finance Officer: a. Master Degree with at least 55percent of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the 07 point scale wherever grading system is followed

b. At least 15 (fifteen) years of exp.as Assistant Prof.in the Academic Level 11 (eleven) and above or with eight years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Prof. along with exp. in educational admin.

c. 15 years of admin exp., of which eight years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. Age Limit: Not exceeding 57 years as on 30 October 2020.

3. Librarian: a. A Post Graduate with Master Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55percent marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.

b. At least ten (10) years as a Librarian at any level in University Library or ten years of teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science or ten years experience as a College Librarian.Age Limit: 62 years.

4. Director (CDC): a. A Post Graduate with Master Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.

b. At least 15(fifteen)years of exp. as Assistant Prof. in the Academic Level Eleven and above or with 08 (eight) years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Prof. along with experience in Educational Administration.Assistant Registrar: Master Degree of a recognized University with at least 55% marks Or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale. Age Limit: 35 years as on 30 October 2020.

• Group B

1. Hindi Translator: Post Graduate Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a main/optional subject at degree level. Age Limit: Not above 30years as on 30 October 2020.

• Group C

1. Multi -Tasking Staff (MTS): HSLC passed or equivalent from a recognized Board. Age Limit: Not above 28years as on 30 October 2020.
