Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Officers

Educational Qualification:

• Head (Credit Risk), Head (Enterprise & Operational Risk Management), Treasury - Dealers/ Traders, Security - Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
• IT Security -  B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications OR Engineering Graduate and minimum One year Diploma in IT / Computer Science from recognised university / Institute OR Post Graduate in Science / Computer Science from recognised University / Institute. CISA / CISSP / CISM certification is mandatory
• Treasury ( Dealers/ Traders), Treasury - Product Sales, Sales -  Full time, M.B.A or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing and Sales from a premier institution
• Finance / Credit - CA OR ICWA OR Full Time MBA or equivalent PG degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance by Govt / AICTE recognized / approved institution
• Trade Finance - CA OR  Full Time MBA or equivalent PG degree/diploma, with specialisation in Finance/Trade Finance/ International Business by recognized / approved by Govt / AICTE recognized / approved institution

Experience:

• Head (Corporate Credit) and Head (Enterprise & Operational Risk Management) - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• IT Security - Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in IT/IT Security domain
• Treasury (Dealers/ Traders) - Minimum 3 years Post-qualification experience in relevant field
• Treasury (Relationship Manager) and  Treasury  (Product Sales) and Trade Finance - Minimum 2 years of Post-qualification experience in relevant field
• Finance / Credit - Post-qualification experience of minimum 4 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit For candidates with CA qualification, the Post-qualification experience shall be relaxed to 3 years OR Post-qualification experience of minimum 2 years in Processing/Appraisal of Corporate Credit
• Security - An officer not below the rank of Captain of Indian Army or equivalent rank in India Navy / Air Force, with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service, or an Officer not below the rank of Asst SP/Dy SP/ Asst Comdt/ Dy Comdt of Indian Police / Para Military Forces, with a minimum of 5 years service as an officer in such Force.
• Sales - 1 Year of sales experience in Banks/FMCG/NBFC/DSA with selling experience of Banking products of any Bank/NBFC.

Age Limit:

• Head (Credit Risk), Head (Enterprise & Operational Risk Management) - 35 to 50 Years
• IT Security - 35 to 45 Years
• Treasury ( Dealers/ Traders), Finance / Credit - 25 to 37 Years
• Treasury (Relationship Manager) and  Treasury  (Product Sales), Finance / Credit, Trade Finance and Security - 25 to 35 Years
• Sales - 21 to 30 Years

Selection Procedure for Specialist Officers

Online test will be conducted, in the discipline of Sales, followed by Psychometric Test/GD/ PI of the shortlisted candidates. For all other disciplines, applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. If the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserved the right to hold an online test also
