Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Material Management professionals in EII/EIII/EIV Grade as Dy Engineer/Sr Engineers/ Dy Managers- Four years full time B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) from recognized university/institute 60% for Gen/OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The candidate should have good academic track record. Functional knowledge of SAP environment and Certification in Material Management would be an added advantage.
• Applied Optics/ Photonics & Laser professionals in EII/EIII/EIV Grade as Dy Engineer/ Sr Engineers/ Dy Managers- Minimum two years full time MSc (Tech-Photonics), two years full time M Tech (Applied Optics/ Optical Engineering/Photonics), from any AICTE approved institution/ university with 60% for Gen / OBC candidates and PassClass for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The candidate should have good academic track record. Specialization in fiber laser will be preferred for laser experts. Candidate pursuing Ph.D in the relevant area of specialization will also be preferred.
• Electronics professionals in Embedded, Telecom product design, in EII/EIII/EIV Grade as Dy Engineer/ Sr Engineers/ Dy Manager- Four years full time BE/B Tech in Electronics/ Electronics & communication from any AICTE approved institution/ university with 60% for Gen / OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The candidate should have good academic track record.
• Software Professionals in EII/EIII Grade as Dy Engineer/ Sr Engineers- Four years full time BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology from any AICTE approved institution/ university with 60% for Gen / OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The candidate should have good academic track record.
• Product Engineering professionals (Mechanical/ Product Design) in EII/EIII/EIV Grade as Dy Engineer/ Sr Engineers/ Dy Managers or equivalent- Four years full time B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical) or Two years full time M.Tech (Product Design), from recognized university/institute 60% for Gen / OBC candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The candidate should have good academic track record.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the written test / Interview conducted by the organization.
