• Dy. General Manager (P&A): First Class in MBA or equivalent / Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Degree in HR/ PM&IR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social Work of 2 years duration from University/Institution recognized by Government.
• Company Secretary: Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Manager, Dy. Manager & Management Trainee: First Class Engineering degree
