Pattern of CBSE Class 12 Home Science Question Paper 2024

There were a total of 35 questions. Question paper is divided into three sections-A, B and C.

Section A - 18 Marks

• Question no. 1 to 18 were MCQs carrying 1 mark each.
• Question no. 14 to 18 were case-based questions

Section B - 26 Marks

• Question no. 19 to 25 were very short answer type questions of 2 marks each.
• Question no. 26 to 29 were short answer type questions of 3 marks each.

Section C - 26 Marks

• Question no. 30 to 33 were long answer type questions - I of 4 marks.
• Question no.34 and 35 were long answer type questions - II of 5 marks each.
