Age limit

•    Candidate’s age should not more than 40 years for Project Scientist (Water Resource Modelling).
•    Candidate’s age should not more than 35 years for Senior Research Fellow.
•    Candidate’s age should not more than 32 years for Junior Research Fellow.
•    Candidate’s age should not more than 28 years for Lab Assistant (Biotechnology).

Educational Qualification

•    Project Scientist (Water Resource Modelling): B.Tech in Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering/Environmental Engineering or MSc in
Physics/Oceanography.
•    Senior Research Fellow: MSc in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics with 60% marks.
•    Junior Research Fellow: MSc in Botany or Marine Biology or Microbiology or M.Phil marine Biology.
•    Junior Research Fellow: MSc in Fishery Sciences or Zoology with specialisation in Fishery/Fish Biology.
•    Junior Research Fellow: MSc in Life Science or Zoology or Botany.
•    Lab Assistant (Biotechnology):B.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Biology.

Pay scale

•    Project Scientist (Water Resource Modelling): Rs.30000/- per month
•    Senior Research Fellow: Rs.18000/- per month
•    Junior Research Fellow: Rs.16000/- per month
•    Junior Research Fellow: Rs.16000/- per month
•    Junior Research Fellow: Rs.16000/- per month
•    Lab Assistant (Biotechnology): Rs.9000/- per month

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Interview.
