DRDO 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Junior Research Fellow (JRF-01): Candidates should have B.Tech/B.E with First Class in Electrical & Electronics Engg. /Electronics & Communication Engg. from UGC recognized University with GATE valid score (Paper code: EE/EC). (or)
M.E/M.Tech with First-Class in Electrical & Electronics Engg. / Electronics & Communication Engg. from UGC recognized University and B.Tech/B.E (EEE/ECE) with First Class from UGC recognized University.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF-02): B.Tech/B.E with First Class in Mechanical/ Aeronautical/Aerospace Engg. from UGC recognized University with GATE valid score (Paper code: AE / ME). (or)
M.E/M.Tech with First-Class in Mechanical/Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engg. from UGC recognized University and B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical / Aeronautical/ Aerospace Engg.) with First Class from UGC recognized University.

Stipend (Monthly):
Candidates selected finally for the JRF posts will receive a stipend of Rs.37,000/- plus HRA as per DRDO rules.

Eligible candidates are advised to bring their duly completed applications as per enclosed format which can be downloaded from www.drdo.gov.in. You are advised to bring the application form with self attested copies of Date of birth Certificate, Degree/Provisional Certificate along with Marks Memos, GATE score card, Caste Certificate, NOC(No Objection) & other testimonials as mentioned in the notification.
