Eligibility Criteria for Manager and Asst. Company Secretary  Posts

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Deputy General Manager (ICT) : candidate should have completed B.Tech/ B.E degree with 14 Years post qualification experience (including 02 Years in CPSE).

Chief General Manager (ICT) : candidate should have completed B.Tech/ B.E degree (IT/ CS) with 14 Years post qualification experience (including 02 Years in CPSE).

Chief General Manager (Business Development) : candidate should have completed B.Tech/ B.E degree (IT/ CS)  with 09 Years post qualification experience (including 02 Years in CPSE).

Assistant Company Secretary : candidate should have completed Graduation with ACS with minimum 03 years post qualification experience (including 01 Years in CPSE).

Candidates applying for above posts should also have Strong communication and networking skills and understanding of Govt. sector market, should be result driven, customer focused, and skills in Sales  planning,  presentation  and  negotiation  skills along with business  networking , market  and competitor landscape/mapping and Team management skills.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of experience  and performance in the interview .
