Eligibility Criteria for Dy. General Manager-(HR) and Other Posts Job

Educational Qualification:

• Dy. General Manager-(HR): candidate should have completed 02 year full time PGDM/MBA (Personal/MR/MSW) with minimum 55% from a recognised university and should have minimum 15 years post qualification 02 with PSU /Govt.
• Manager Gr-II (Technical)-Electronics & Communication Engg: candidate should have B.E/B.Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent with minimum 55% from recognised university with minimum 05-year post qualification experience in relevant area. 
• Assistant Manager-(Technical)-Electronics & Communication Engg: candidate should have B.E/B.Tech or AMIE (Electronics & Communication Engineering) or equivalent with minimum 55% from recognised university with minimum 02-year post qualification experience in relevant area. 
• Management Trainee-(Company secretary): candidate should be Associate Company secretary with minimum 55 % in graduation.

• Dy. General Manager-(HR) – 43 Years
• Manager Gr-II (Technical)-Electronics & Communication Engg.- 33 years
• Assistant Manager-(Technical)-Electronics & Communication Engg.–30 Years
• Management Trainee-(Company secretary)- 28 years
