Educational Qualification for Assistant Manager, Technician and Other Posts:
- Assistant Manager (Production): Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Petrochemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology/Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engineering/Polymer Technology) with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in operation of Caprolactam/Oil Refinery/Petrochemical plants with Distribution Control System.
- Assistant Manager Maintenance (Instrumentation): B.E./B.Tech. degree with Instrumentation Engineering with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in Instrumentation of Caprolactam/Oil Refinery/Petrochemical Plants with Distribution Control System.
- Assistant Manager (Fire & Safety): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in engineering with Fire and Safety discipline with 03 years’ post-qualification executive experience in Oil Refinery/ Caprolactam/Petrochemical Plants.
- Assistant Manager (Thermal Electrical): B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Engineering with Electrical trade or discipline with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience in the operation of Thermal Captive Power Plants with Distribution Control System.
- Assistant Manager (Thermal Mechanical): Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Trade or discipline with 03 years’ post qualification executive experience in the operation of Thermal Captive Power Plants with Distribution Control System.
- Technician (Process): B.Sc .degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering /Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) with 04 years post qualification experience in the operation of Caprolactam/Oil Refinery/Petrochemical Plants, with Distribution Control System.
Age limit: Maximum 35 years for Assistant Manager (Production/Instrumentation/Fire & Safety/ Thermal Electrical/ Thermal Mechanical) and 37 years for Technician (Process)
Pay Scale: For Assistant Manager (Production/Instrumentation/Fire & Safety/Thermal Electrical/ Thermal Mechanical): Rs. 20600-46500/-(E2) Total of Basic + DA+ HRA will be around Rs. 55945/- per month at the current rates.
For Technician (Process): Rs. 9,250-32,000/- (Wage Group 18) Total of Basic + DA+ HRA will be around Rs. 25110/- per month at the current rates.
