The Staff Selection Commission has recently issued a notice for the candidates who have complaint about difficulties during applying online for the SSC CGL 2016 examination. Many candidates have reported that after filling of the application form completely, the screen prompted :-
‘Application form is incomplete and payment made is not being accounted for’.
Many of the candidates have claimed that after paying the application fee and completing the whole application process successfully, they have got such a message from the website.
The Staff Selection Commission has released a public notice in this regard recently. The commission has informed the candidates that the SSC online payment system generally takes around 48 to 72 hours to acknowledge the payment made to it. The status of the same gets reflected in the application status only after the bank approves the payment, and hence there might be candidates who have seen the message after completing their application. The commission is thus appealed the candidates to wait for 72 hours before checking up their complete status of the application. The candidates should also take the printout of the application form after 72 hours of applying.
The Staff Selection commission has recently extended the last date of application to 23-24 March, 2016 and has come up with a new helpline number 011-24368090. The number would be functional from 10am to 5pm in the weekdays and interested candidates can call at the number during the office hours to confirm their doubts. The candidates can also send their queries to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
