GSEB Exam 2025: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, will conduct the main examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 from 27th February 2025. To ensure a smooth examination process, detailed statistical data such as exam centers, center-wise candidates, the number of e-block buildings, subject-wise registered students, and district-level examination schedules are provided and easily accessible at the official website www.gseb.org. To maintain uniformity and effective execution of the examinations at the district level, the board has prepared an "Action Plan", which is available here.
GSHSEB 10th and 12th Board Exam Dates 2025
Gujarat board generally conducts the examinations in the month of March, but this time the authorities have postponed the exam schedule to February to give the students enough time to prepare and appear for supplementary and competitive examinations.
The main board exams will be held as follows:
- SSCE (Class 10): 27th February 2025 – 10th March 2025
- HSCE (Class 12 General & Science Streams): 27th February 2025 – 17th March 2025
Timings:
- Morning Session: 10:30 AM – 1:45 PM
- Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM – 5:45 PM

This year, a total of 14,28175 students will be appearing for the 2024-25 GSEB Class 10 and Class 12 board examination.
