- General Manager (Works): Candidates should have done B. Tech. + MBA with 18 years’ experience. B. Tech or MBA with 20 years’ experience.
- General Manager (Marketing):B. Tech. + MBA (Marketing) with 18 years’ experience. B. Tech or MBA (Marketing) with 20 years’ experience.
- Additional General Manager (Mines): B. Tech. (Mining) + MBA with 16 years’ experience. B. Tech. (Mining) with 18 years’ experience.
- Sr. Manager (Civil):B. Tech. (Civil) + MBA with 08 years’ experience. B. Tech. (Civil)with 10 years’ experience. Technical/Professional Diploma in Civil Engineering with 16 years’ experience.
- Blaster: Matriculation with Certificate in Blasting for Short Firing in U/R Mines with 02 years’ experience.
Age Limit
- General Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 52 years.
- Additional General Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 50 years.
- Sr. Manager: Upper age limit for the post is 45 years.
- Blaster: Upper age limit for the post is 28 years.
