RBI is all set to conduct its RBI Grade B officer Exam 2015. The written examination of phase I is scheduled to be held on 21 & 22 November 2015.

These few time management tips can be useful for the appearing candidates to do well in the examination. It will properly guide you throughout the examination to fetch better grades.
Below are some of the tips, so that candidates can get an idea about how to manage your time before exam.
Know the exam pattern- It is advisable for the candidates to get a clear idea about the exam pattern of the examination. Once after you know the exam pattern, it will help you to fetch more marks as you will be used to with the pattern of the questions and the time allotted for the question.
Before starting the paper- During the time of examination; candidates should make it a point to draw a line of limitation for each section. Doing this will help the candidate to manage the time for each section in a proper and better manner and shortage of time
Negative marking: There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by you. For every wrong answer marked by you, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
Attempt each section: The candidates MUST pass in each of the above Objective tests. The passing marks in each test will be decided by the RBI selection Board on the basis of the performance of all the candidates appearing in the tests. Candidate may accordingly allocate their time to each test within total time of 120 minutes for all the four tests put together.
Venue should be reached before 30 minutes
It is very essential for candidates to reach the examination venue before time. Try to reach the place 30 minutes prior to the time the examination. This will help you to avoid all kind of discomfort and problems that may arise while transportation. It is advisable for the appearing candidates to visit the examination center a day before the examination so that you can get an idea about the exact location of the exam center.
Document to Carry: Apart from the Admission (Call) letter candidates should bring the currently valid photo identity proof in original and a photocopy of the same photo identity proof which they bring in original - This is Essential. Candidates coming without these documents will not be allowed to take the test. Please hand over the Admission Letter stapled with a photocopy of photo identity proof, to the invigilator. Currently valid stipulated photo identity proof are PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s Card/Bank’s Passbook with photograph/ Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead/ Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhar Card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar Council Photo Identity card.
Note - Ration Card and E-adhar Card will NOT be accepted as valid ID proof for this project.
Focus on accuracy: Candidates should not try to attempt all the questions as it is not possible to solve all questions in given time. Candidates are advised to focus on accuracy.
Avoid wastage of Time: Don’t spend too much time on reviewing question paper and avoid solving a particular question repeatedly, it will lead to have inadequate time to solve other sections.
Be confident: Self Confidence is the key to crack this examination. From a comparative analysis of the candidates who got already selected, self confidence was one thing that found common amongst all selected ones. You need to keep yourself charged and have faith in yourself. This will definitely help you to answer your questions in the examination with self-assurance and conviction.
