Eligibility Criteria for Deputy Registrar and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Deputy Registrar: Post Graduate Degree in any discipline and 05 years experience as a lecturer in College OR University Level.
• Account Officer: Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/Accountancy/Management/Economics with 55% marks.
• Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree in any discipline with 55% marks.
• Section Officer: Graduate degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Land Record Superintendent: Graduate degree with atleast 05 years of experience of Revenue/Land Record or Patwari.
• Professional Assistant: M.A./M.Sc./M.Com./Bachelor of Library Science.
• Semi Professional Assistant: Graduate in any discipline with certificate in Library Science.
• Receptionist: Graduate in any discipline with 03 years of experience as PRO or Receptionist in any Public or private sector.
• Audio Visual Operator: 10+2 with at least 02 years of experience of projector operating.
• Technical Assistant (Special Education): Post Graduate Degree in Education/Psychology or Gradute degree and Diploma in Special Education.
• Technical Assistant: Diploma or other higher qualification in Computer Engineering.  
• Conservationist: Master’s Degree in History, Literature subjects (English, Hindi or Urdu) or M.Sc. in Physical Applied Science.
• Assistant Conservationist: Master’s Degree in History, Literature subjects (English, Hindi or Urdu) or M.Sc. in Physical Applied Science with 50% marks.
• Sports Coach: Certification from National Institute of Sports, or any other recognized Physical Education Institution.
• Upper Division Clerk: Graduate in any Discipline and Knowledge of Typing, Filling and accounts would be preferred.
• Junior Laboratory Assistant: 12^th Passed in Science Stream with 02 years of experience in the respective fields.
• Clerk- Typist/Lower Division Clerk: 12^th Passed from any recognized board with minimum 35 w.p.m. typing speed in English/Hindi or Urdu.
• Urdu Typist: 12^th Passed from any recognized board with minimum 25 w.p.m. typing speed in Urdu.
• Security Assistant: 12^th Passed from any recognized board/Institution.
• Multi Tasking Staff: 10^th Passed from any recognized board/Institution.
