Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) declared results for Assistant Engineers (Accounts) Departmental Examination, session July 2012.
A total of 27 candidates had applied for the Departmental Examination, but only 15 appeared. Of these 15 candidates, 13 candidates -- one with grace marks -- cleared the examination.

Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir State. The Commission advises the state Government on all matters relating to State Civil Services .
Under section 129 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir the Chairman and the Members of the Public Service Commission are appointed by the Governor for a period of five years or till he attains the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.
Conducting examinations for appointments to the services of the State is one of the many functions of the Commission, as defined under section 133 of the Constitution of the Jammu and Kashmir State.
