Eligibility Criteria for Community Outreach Worker and Counselors
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Community Outreach Worker - SSLC or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the field of TB, HIV Care & Support, with urban slum population and social marketing
- Telephone based Counselors - Graduation or equivalent or with certification in counselling with 2-3 years of experience of telephone based counselling and education
