Educational Qualification:

• Deputy General Manager (Personnel), Deputy Manager (Personnel & Industrial Relations): MSW / MBA in PM / MA (Sociology / Psychology) OR LLB / ACS with PG Diploma in Personnel Management.
• Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts), Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts): ICWA / CA / CAIIB / MBA (Finance).
• Deputy General Manager – (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) or BE, B.Tech in Textile / Silk Technology with PG Diploma in Marketing.
• Manager (Finance & Accounts): ICWA / CA / CAIIB / MBAØ (Finance).
• Manager (Weaving), Manager (Throwing), Manager (Production): BE / B.Tech in Textile or Silk Technology.
• Deputy Manager (Dyeing & Processing): Degree in Textile Chemistry.
• Assistant Manager (Environmental Engineering): BE in Environmental Engineering / M.Sc in Environmental Science.
• Assistant Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical Engineering with Minimum 2 Years experience in the relevant field OR Diploma in Electrical EngineeringØ with minimum 6 years.
• Assistant Manager (Production): Degree in Textile Technology with minimum 6 years experience in the relevant field OR Diploma in Textile TechnologyØ with minimum 8 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Showroom), Showroom Officers, Cashier Cum Accountant: Degree.
• Security Officers: Degree. Preference will be given to the Ex-Service Personnel.
• Stores Cum Purchase Officers: PG Qualification in Materials Management.
• Departmental Assistants (Dyeing), (Weaving & Throwing): Diploma in Textile Chemistry.
• Textile Mechanic: PUC with ITI in the relevant Trade OR Minimum 3 Years experience inØ the relevant field.
• Electrician: PUC with ITI Electrician with minimum 3 years experience OR PUC with Wireman CertificateØ with minimum 6 Years experience in the relevant field.
• Design Assistants: PUC, Diploma in Designing OR SSLC with minimum 6 YearsØ experience in tracing.
• Turner: PUC, Diploma in Textile /Ø Handloom Technology.
• Fitter: SSLC with ITI Fitter.
• Lorry Driver: Minimum 2 years experience as Driver with SSLC qualification and possess valid HMV License.
• Reeling Mechanic: Minimum 8 years experience in the relevant field (reeling / re-reeling work) with ITI Machinist Qualification.
• Carpenter: PUC with ITI Carpenter.
• Boiler Fireman: SSLC with IInd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate
