Eligibility Criteria for Manager & Officer Posts

Educational Qualification:

Legal / Recovery

• Manager: LLB / LLM. Legal practice in District / Session / Cooperative Court for 7 years
• Assistant Manager: LLB / LLM. Legal practice in District / Session / Cooperative Court for 5 years

Accounting and Financial Management

• Manager: C A (Preference for additional qualification as ICWA / CS). Minimum 5 years' experience as Chartered Accountant
• Assistant Manager: C A. Minimum 3 years' experience as Chartered Accountant

Information Technology

• Manager: B.E. – I T / computer science / Electronics & Telecommunication / M C A. Minimum 7 years' experience in operation and management of IT- Banking preferably in a public sector / or a respected organization.
• Officer Grade II: B.E.- IT / Computer Science / E & TC / MCA.

Banking

• Manager: MCA / CS / CA / Post Graduate in any discipline. Practical experience of minimum 7 years' experience in Banking
• Officer Grade II: CS / CA / MBA /MCA / B.E.-IT / Post Graduate in Economics / Commerce.

Age Limit for Manager & Officer Posts:

• Manager: 30-40 years
• Assistant Manager: 25-35 years
• Officer: 22-30 years
