Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts
Educational Qualification:
- DGM/ Sr Manager (Projects-Metallurgy): 60% of marks in B.E /B Tech(Metallurgical Engineering) with minimum 12/10 years post qualification experience for DGM/Sr Manager respectively in the area of Operations and Projects in any Medium / Heavy Steel Industry associated with Steel/ Alloy Steel/ Aluminium/Aluminium Alloy Melting, Casting, Flat & Long product rolling, annealing, Heat treatment, Tungsten/ Metal Powder Production.
- Asst Manager & Dy Manager (Cold Rolling Mills): 4 years full time regular Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks.
- Asst Manager& Dy Manager (Powder Metallurgy): 4 years full time regular Degree in Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 60% marks.
Age Limit for Managerial Posts
- DGM/ Sr Manager (Projects-Metallurgy): 45 Years
- Asst Manager & Dy Manager: 35 Years
- Asst Manager: 30 Years
