National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH), Ahmedabad re- invites applications from the eligible candidates for fill up the following posts of “Section Officer”. Candidates who had already applied with reference to the aforementioned advertisement need not apply fresh. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 12 May 2014.

Educational Qualification
Graduate Degree from a recoganised University.
Desirable:
(i) Five years working experience as Ministrial Staff or equivalent in Central/ State Govt. or PSU/ Autonomous Organisation.
(ii) Conversant with Central Govt. rules and regulations.
(iii) Proficiency in Computer Application.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The maximum age limit should not be exceeding 35 years as on the closing date for receipt of the application.
Pay Scale/ Salary
Pay Band is PB – 2 and Pay Scale of Rs. 9,300 to 34,800/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/- Per Month.
Application Fee
- Application fee (NON-REFUNDABLE) of Rs. 100/-, to be paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft drawn on Nationalised/ Scheduled Bank, in favour of the “Director, NIOH, Ahmedabad” and payable at SBI Civil Branch, Ahemadabad.
- SC/ ST/ PH and Women candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
