North Central Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell, Allahabad invited applications for filling up the various vacancies against Scouts & Guide Quota 2014 – 2015 for North Central Railway Headquarters, for Allahabad Division, for Jhansi Division and for Agra Division.The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 25 August 2014 up to 17:30 Hrs.

Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification

• Matriculation (Class X Pass) with 50% aggregate marks or equivalent or Higher qualification from a recognized Board/ University.
• President’s Scout/ Guide/ Ranger/ Rover OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder OR a pre HWB trained Scout Leader/ Advanced Trained Guide.
• Must be active member of a Scouts & Guides.
• Attended at least one event at National Level or one/ two events of State Level.

 Age Limit: Between 18 to 30 years (for Cat. 1) and 18 to 33 years (for Cat. 2 to 4) as on 01 January 2015 and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules.

Pay Scale

Pay Band (PB – 1) and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/ 2,000/- Per Month (for Cat. 1) and Grade Pay of Rs. 1,800/- Per Month (for Cat. 2 to 4).

Application Fee

• Application Fee (Non- Refundable) is of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred only) for General candidates and backward candidates whose family Income will be more than Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Indian Postal Order (IPO).
• Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) should be drawn in favour of “Chairman, Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway, Allahabad”, payable at Allahabad(for Quota of NCR Hqrs.), in favour of “Senior Divisional Finance Manager, North Central Railway, Allahabad”, payable at Allahabad (for Quota of ALD Divn.), in favour of “Senior Divisional Finance Manager, North Central Railway, Jhansi”, payable at Jhansi(for Quota of JHS Divn.) and in favour of “Senior Divisional Finance Manager, North Central Railway, Agra”, payable at Agra(for Quota of AGC Divn.)

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test followed with the Assessment of Talent (S&G qualification) and finally the Personality Test/ Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
