In response to a student who was upset that she had only received 93% of the possible points on her boards when her goal was 95%, the PM stated that it was her success rather than her failure.
"One should keep their targets within an achievable range," he continued. He gave the student kudos for maintaining her goal two points over her capabilities.
"You will undoubtedly receive a score of 95 if you maintain your goal at 97."
