Eligibility Criteria for Station Manager (RCS) Job
Educational Qualification:
Quality Manager (Post Holder): Holding an engineering degree or equivalent in any discipline (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic & telecommunication) or Aircraft Maintenance Licence in B1 (Mechanical) or B2 (Avionics) category issued by DGCA or Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (BAMEL - Paper 1, 2, 3 (HA, JE, LA, CP, RA, ES, IS, RN) in Mechanical or Avionics streams. Five years of experience in aeronautical industry in an appropriate position and One year of experience in Quality Department of any aviation organisation.
Examination Manager (Post Holder): Meeting the requirements of CAR-147 (Basic), AAC 2 of 2018 and CAR-66.
Senior Instructor: Having Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (BAMEL) Paper 1,2,3 (RA) in Mechanical stream with sufficient RA teaching experience in any aviation training organisation/Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (BAMEL) Paper 1, 2, 3 (JE) in Mechanical stream with sufficient JE teaching experience in any aviation training organisation/ Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (BAMEL) Paper 1,2,3 (E,I,R) in Avionics Stream with sufficient sufficient E,I,R teaching experience in any aviation training organisation.
Instructor in Avionics/Mechanical: Having BAMEL in Avionics/Mechanical stream /hold a CAR 66 aircraft maintenance engineer license applicable to relevent category/sub category/Provide evidence of previous employment as a basic mechanical or electrical engineering training instructor or/Provide evidence of previous employment as a technical training instructor
Practical Assessor in Avionics/Mechanical: Hold a current aircraft type authorization, issued by a CAR 145 organisation, and suceesfully completed formal instructional/facilitators techniques course and completed an assessor training course or a supervisory position or, a position of responsibility, as an avionic or mechanical practitioner within a CAR-145 maintenance environment and can prove practical experience of 6 months within the last 24 months. who has been nominated by a CAR-147 training organization and can demonstrate the experience and skills outlined above.
HR Coordinator: PGDM/MBA in Human Resource/Five years experience in Human Resource department/Able to keep the records/attendance of all the Faculty Members/Students as per the guidelines prescribed in CAR-147 (Basic) requirement.
