Eligibility Criteria for Sailors and Other Posts 2016 

Educational qualification

• Sailors Gr. ‘C’: VII Std. pass. Proficient in swimming.
• Fitter Gr. ‘C’: ITI certificate in the trade of fitter.
• Plater Gr. ‘C’: ITI certificate in the trade of structure fitter / fabricated.
• Station Lad Gr. ‘D’: Middle school with knowledge of local languages.

Experience

• Sailors Gr. ‘C’: 6 months experience in relevant field.
• Fitter Gr. ‘C’ and Plater Gr. ‘C’: 3 years’ experience in relevant field.

18 – 40 years
