SAIL MT Recruitment 2024:  The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has notified for various Management Trainee posts in different engineering disciplines. A total of 249 vacancies are available in different Engineering disciplines including Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical and others for its different Plants/Units and mines across India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before July 25, 2024.

Selection for these posts will be done based on utilization of GATE 2024 scores. Candidates who have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering GATE-2024 exams are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have degree with 65 % marks (average of all semesters, irespective of the weightage given to any particular year/semester by the Institute/University) in any of the eight engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical and Metallurgy.
A valid GATE 2024 Score

SAIL MT 2024 Salary

The selected candidates for Management Trainee (Technical) will be offered basic pay of Rs. 50,000 per month in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000/-  per month. On successfully completion of training of one year, will get in the scale of pay of Rs. 60, 000-Rs. 1,80,000.
