Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

1. Operator –cum-Technician Trainee (Mechanical): Matriculation and Three years fulltime Diploma in Mech. Engg. from Govt. recognized Institute.
2. Operator –cum-Technician Trainee (Electrical): Matriculation and Three years fulltime Diploma in Elec. Engg. from Govt. recognized Institute
3. Operator–cum-Technician Trainee (Ceramic): Matriculation and Three years fulltime Diploma in  Ceramic Engg. from Govt. recognized Institute
4. Operator –cum-Technician Trainee (Civil): Matriculation and Three years fulltime Diploma in  Civil Engg. from Govt. recognize
5. Operator–cum-Technician Trainee (Computer Science): Matriculation and Three years fulltime Diploma in Computer Science Engg. from Govt. recognized Institute
6. Dy. Manager (Production): Bachelor’s Degree in Ceramic Engineering with minimum, 65% marks average of all semesters from AICTE approved college or recognized University / Institution.

Age Limit

1. Operator –cum-Technician Trainee: Upto 28 years
2. Dy. Manager (Production): Upto 37 years

Pay Scale

1. Operator –cum-Technician Trainee: Rs.10700/- per month during the first year of training and Rs.12200/- per month during the second year of training
2. Dy. Manager (Production): Pay Scale of Rs.32900-3%- 58000

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination which will be followed by Interview.
