Eligibility Criteria for Manager, Instructor and Other Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Dy. Chief Financial Officer: CA with 5 years experience.
Chief Personnel: MBA (HR/Personnel Management) with 5 years experience with an Airline.
Synthetic Flight Instructor: Experience and Training requirement in CAR and rules as per DGCA.
Manager Cargo: MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 3 years experience in Cargo Sales in Airline.
Manager Sales & Marketing: MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
Manager (MMD): MBA (Material Management) with 3 years experience in handling Material Management in Airline.
Manager (Security): Graduate with 10 years experience in scheduled airline security.
Instructor (Technical): First Class Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electronics & Communication Engg or Approved Ground Instructors approved by DGCA. 2 years experience in Aircraft Maintenance/Operations in Airline.
