The Fertilisers And Chemicals, Travancore (FACT) extended last date for Management Trainee Jobs

The Fertilisers And Chemicals, Travancore extended last date for applying online from 18 January 2012 to 15 March 2012 for Management Trainee Jobs in an Addendum Dated 27 February 2012. In addition, this Government of India Enterprise has also decided to increase the number of posts from 25 to 50.

The Fertilisers And Chemicals, Travancore requires 50 management trainees in the field of Chemical (18), Mechanical (14), Electrical (9), Instrumentation (6), and Civil (3). It has also extended last date for sending receipt of online application to 22 March 2012.

Candidates having Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Technology in respective discipline from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum of 60% marks can apply for the post. Selection will be made based on written test, group discussion, and interview.

Candidates selected will be offered appointment as Management Trainees on Training for a period of 2 years wherein they will be paid Rs 23,000 in the first year and Rs 28, 000 in the second year. On successful completion of training of 2 years and based on performance assessment, the Management Trainees will be absorbed in the Managerial cadre in E2 grade of pay (Rs 20600- 46500) as Engineer.
