Based the General Ranking List (GRL), the required number of candidates will be called for certificate verification. Such, candidates would be informed individually and also through the TGPSC website. Hence, candidates are advised to keep all the required original certificates and documents ready as mentioned in the notification.

Telangana State Public Service Commission has published the general ranking list for the Group 2 Posts. A total of 236649 candidates are shortlisted to appear for the next round of selection process.

The Memorandum of Marks will be available after one month from the date of declaration of selection list, i.e. on 11 April, in the TSPSC website on payment of Rs.200/- through IPO/DD in favour of the Secretary, T.S. Public Service Commission, Hyderabad, for Three Months only.

If the total marks of two or more than two candidates are equal, then the local candidates will be given preference. If the total marks and local status of the two or more than two candidates are equal, then the date of birth of the candidates is taken for ranking.

TSPSC saw a registration of 5,51,855 candidates of which a total of 2,57,981 students applied for Paper I and the remaining 2,55,490 for Paper II. 

The Group 2 General Rankings will be released on Tuesday (March 11) for the recruitment, for the 783 Group-2 posts, by the Telangana State Public Service Commission.

The selection will be done on the basis of a written exam followed by the Document Verification.Those candidates who qualify in the Written Examination in order of merit will be called for verification of Certificates, Community and Category wise for the vacancies available as required.

Candidates can check the category-wise cutoff marks below. It is to be noted that the expected cutoff marks vary from the official cutoff mark:

• General: 156 - 163
• BC: 155 - 160
• MBC:152 - 158
• BC (M): 145 - 153
• SC: 147 - 155
• SC: (A) 142 - 148
• ST: 139 - 146

Students belonging to the General Category must score at least 40% to qualify. For OBC candidates, the minimum score is 35%, while ST/SC/PH candidates require a minimum of 30%.

Telanagan Public Service Commission is releasing the result for the post of Assistant Labor Officer, Assistant Commercial Tax Officer (ACTO), Sub-Registrar Grade-II, Extension Officer, Municipal Commissioner Gr-III, and Prohibition & Excise Sub Inspector on 11 March on the website of the commission.
