The Railway Recruitment Board has released the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories application form 2026 on rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates who have the required eligibility criteria can fill out the RRB MI application form from 30th December 2025 to 29th January, 2026 only through online mode. In addition to this, candidates can also make corrections or modify the RRB MI form in case candidates have made an error in it. The form can be modified from 1st February to 10th February, 2026.

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2026: Important Dates

The RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2026 apply online has started from 30th December 2025 and will continue till 29th January, 2026. Candidates who are keen on applying for the exam can do so up to the last date. Thereafter, the online link shall be deactivated. Step 1: Create an Account

• Visit the official RRB website which is rrbapply.gov.in and click on "Create an Account" or "Already Have an Account" as applicable.
• Use your existing account credentials to log in.
• If you're creating a new account then follow the given procedure:
• Provide accurate details like mobile number and email ID (cannot be changed later).
• Verify the account using OTPs sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• Note down the registration number generated during this step.

Step 2. Registration Process 

The following details are required for the RRB MI registration process: 

• Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number, etc.
• Academic Details: SSLC/Matric Roll Number and Year of Passing.
• Contact Information: Unique mobile number and email ID.

Step 3. OTP Verification

• Retrieve the OTP sent to your mobile and email.
• Enter the OTP to activate your account and proceed with the application process.

Step 4. Complete Application Process

Once the registration process is done, proceed with the given steps: 

Part I: Personal and Qualification Details

Provide the following:

• Educational Qualification.
• Community (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS).
• Gender, Religion, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, and Age Relaxation eligibility.

Part II: Priority/Preferences for Posts

• List eligible posts based on qualifications.
• Set priority for posts and Railway/Production Units under your selected RRB.

Fee Payment 

• Select a payment mode (Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card).
• Ensure successful transaction and keep track of payment deadlines.

Bank Account for Refund

• If eligible for an exam fee refund, ensure bank account details are accurate.

Step 5. Photo and Signature Upload

Candidates are required to upload their recent signature and SC/ST certificate (if applicable) in the specified format and specification. The following table has the list of documents that needs to be uploaded while filling the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories application form.

Step 6: Choice of Exam Language

Questions for CBT will be available in English, Hindi and 13 regional Indian languages (viz., Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu). Accordingly, candidates must choose their medium of examination from any one amongst those listed in the ONLINE application form. CBT questions will be displayed in the language opted and in English. No change shall be allowed in the language option once selected at the application stage. 

Step 7. Submission of Application Form

Once the candidates have filled the application form, they must confirm the declaration about meeting eligibility criteria and the accuracy of the provided information.

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Application Fee 2026 

The candidates who apply for the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2026 exam need to pay the required amount of application fee as per their category. The fee needs to be paid in online mode only and no other mode is acceptable. Check the table below to know the category wise RRB MI fee. 

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Application Form 2026: How to Modify Form? 

In case a candidate has made an error while filling out the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories application form, then he/she has the option to modify it. After the final submission of the online application, if an aspirant wishes to further modify, change or correct any details except details filled in ‘Create an Account form (including mobile number and Email ID) and Chosen RRB, they may do so by paying a modification fee of Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) for each occasion. • ‘Create an Account form (including mobile number and Email ID) and Chosen RRB cannot be modified by the candidate.
• A non-refundable fee of R. 250 must be paid for each modification attempt.
• The modification fee is applicable to all candidates, irrespective of their community or category.
• If a candidate changes their community or category, additional fees may apply:

• From SC/ST to UR/OBC/EWS: Pay the difference in examination fee of Rs. 250 in addition to the modification fee.
• If an aspirant is switching from Ex.SM/Female/Transgender/PwBD to UR/ OBC(NCL)/EWS/NonEx.SM/Non PwBD/Male etc. he/she will have to pay the difference in examination fee i.e. Rs.250/- in addition to the modification fee. .
• Failure to pay the difference in fees will result in the rejection of the modified application.

How many times can the RRB MI Form be Modified? 

• The RRB MI form can be modified any number of times before the deadline, provided the modification fee is paid for each attempt.
• The modification window will remain open for 10 days after the application submission deadline.

Steps to Modify RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2026 Application Form

Here are the steps through which the candidates can modify their RRB MI form: 

• Log in to your account on the RRB portal using your registration number and password.
• Navigate to the "Modify Application" section.
• Update the details you wish to correct or change.
• Pay the modification fee of Rs. 250 (and additional fees if applicable).
• Submit the modified application and save the updated PDF for reference.
