The Railway Recruitment Board has released the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories application form 2025 on rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates who have the required eligibility criteria can fill out the RRB MI application form from 7th January to 6th February 2025 only through online mode. In addition to this, candidates can also make corrections or modify the RRB MI form in case candidates have made an error in it. The form can be modified from 9th to 18th February 2025.

The RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2025 apply online has started from 7th January and will continue till 6th February 2025. RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2025 Application Form: Steps to Apply Online for RRB MI 

Candidates who are planning to apply for RRB Ministerial and Isolated categories recruitment under CEN 07/2024 can check out the complete application process here. The application process involves creating an account and submitting it successfully at rrb.apply.gov.in/ 

Step 1: Create an Account

• Visit the official RRB website which is rrbapply.gov.in and click on "Create an Account" or "Already Have an Account" as applicable.
• Use your existing account credentials from CENs notified in 2024 to log in.
• If you're creating a new account then follow the given procedure:
• Provide accurate details like mobile number and email ID (cannot be changed later).
• Verify the account using OTPs sent to your registered email and mobile number.
• Note down the registration number generated during this step.

Step 2. Registration Process 

The following details are required for the RRB MI registration process: 

• Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number, etc.
• Academic Details: SSLC/Matric Roll Number and Year of Passing.
• Contact Information: Unique mobile number and email ID.

Step 3. OTP Verification

• Retrieve the OTP sent to your mobile and email.
• Enter the OTP to activate your account and proceed with the application process.

Step 4. Complete Application Process

Once the registration process is done, proceed with the given steps: 

Part I: Personal and Qualification Details

Provide the following:

• Educational Qualification.
• Community (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS).
• Gender, Religion, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, and Age Relaxation eligibility.

Part II: Priority/Preferences for Posts

• List eligible posts based on qualifications.
• Set priority for posts and Railway/Production Units under your selected RRB.

Fee Payment 

• Select a payment mode (Net Banking, UPI, Debit/Credit Card).
• Ensure successful transaction and keep track of payment deadlines.

Bank Account for Refund

• If eligible for an exam fee refund, ensure bank account details are accurate.

Step 5. Photo and Signature Upload

Step 6: Choice of Exam Language

The default language for the RRB MI 2025 exam is English .Candidates can select another language from options like Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, etc. from the list in the form. 

Step 7. Submission of Application Form

Once the candidates have filled the application form, they must confirm the declaration about meeting eligibility criteria and the accuracy of the provided information. 

In the end, candidates have to confirm the declaration “I hereby declare that I have gone through the eligibility criteria for the post(s) applied for and meet all the requirements therein, that all the details furnished by me in the application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge & belief and nothing has been concealed or suppressed. I also understand that in case, any of the details furnished is found untrue during any stage of recruitment or thereafter, RRB shall disqualify me for the post(s) applied for and /or I shall be liable for any other action under the extant rules”.

RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Application Fee 2025 

The candidates who apply for the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2025 exam need to pay the required amount of application fee as per their category.The fee needs to be paid in online mode only and no other mode is acceptable. RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories Application Form 2025: How to Modify Form? 

In case a candidate has made an error while filling out the RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories application form, then he/she has the option to modify it. The date to modify the RRB MI form is from 9th February to 18th February 2025. Only certain details can be modified. We have shared the details of the RRB MI form correction below here. 

• ‘Create an Account form (including mobile number and Email ID) and Chosen RRB cannot be modified by the candidate.
• A non-refundable fee of R. 250 must be paid for each modification attempt.
• The modification fee is applicable to all candidates, irrespective of their community or category.
• If a candidate changes their community or category, additional fees may apply:

• From SC/ST to UR/OBC/EWS: Pay the difference in examination fee of Rs. 250 in addition to the modification fee.
• From Ex-Servicemen (Ex.SM) to UR/OBC/EWS/Non-Ex.SM: Pay the same additional fee.
• Failure to pay the difference in fees will result in the rejection of the modified application.

How many times can the RRB MI Form be Modified? 

• The RRB MI form can be modified any number of times before the deadline, provided the modification fee is paid for each attempt.
• The modification window will remain open for 10 days after the application submission deadline.

Steps to Modify RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2025 Application Form

• Log in to your account on the RRB portal using your registration number and password.
• Navigate to the "Modify Application" section.
