Keeping in mind the several initiatives implemented by Bihar Board, this year academic experts are expecting a significant rise in the success ratio and pass percentage of the students.

At a press meeting, BSEB chairman Anand Kishor had stated that the Bihar Board has taken several steps to curb instances of mass cheating during the examination. This year, the Board had created a 24 x 7 control and also created a WhatsApp group consisting of all the district magistrates, district education officers and district nodal officers to coordinate the efforts.

This year, BSEB will declare the Class 10 Result for Bihar Board in record time of 29 days. The evaluation work for answer sheets of nearly 16 lakh students commenced on 8^th March 2019 and has been completed in record time. This time, Bihar Board had adopted several innovative measures to ensure speedy evaluation and timely delivery of results through computer aided technology.

Last year, Bihar Class 10 Result 2019 was declared on 6^th June. However, this year the result is being declared two months in advance, mostly owing to the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019.

This year, the Bihar Matric Exam 2019 was held in the month of February i.e. from 21^st February 2019 to 28^th February 2019 in which a total of 16.60 lakh students had appeared for the exam. The exam was held at 1418 examination centres spread across the state. Of the total number, 8.37 lakh are girl students while the rest i.e. 8.23 lakh are male students.

The BSEB chairman Anand Kishor along with Additional Chief Secretary of Bihar Education Department RK Mahajan will grace the declaration function for Bihar Board 10^th Result 2019.

As per the latest update, the Bihar 10^th Result 2019 will be declared officially in a brief declaration ceremony to be held at the Auditorium at the BSEB Headquaters in Patna. The declaration function will be held at 12:30 PM.
