CBSE Board Exam 2022: As per the updates, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released an official warning letter on fake news circulating on social media. The fake information circulating states that the board will conduct class 9th and 11th final exams from this year. The question papers will be sent to all its affiliated schools. However, many teachers have dismissed the news. Apart from that CBSE, in its notice, clarified that it is fake news and there is no such plan on this agenda.
Fake News Circulating on Social Media
The fake news circulating in social media says that the board itself would prepare the question papers. As per this news, “CBSE has asked for the number of students in class 9 and 11 in each affiliated school. The board will send the question paper according to the number of students.” It further stated that the date of the examination would be announced soon by the board. The board asked the schools to conduct the examination in two terms.
CBSE Official Statement
As per the last official statement, “Dr Joseph Emmanuel, Director Academics, said that the school will conduct class 9 and 11 exams but in the line of 10 and 12 board exam”. In the latest circular, CBSE reiterated that stakeholders must not believe in any fake news circulating in social media but not available on the official website.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Sample Papers 2022
Recently, the Central Board of Secondary Education released the CBSE Class 10, 12 sample papers 2022 for the upcoming Term 1 board examinations. The sample papers are for the Term 1 exams which are to be conducted in November - December. Students would get 90 minutes to answer the questions which will be based on 50% of the syllabus and also carry 50% of the theory paper marks.
The marking scheme and the question paper pattern for the CBSE Sample Papers 2022 is explained below. It may be noted that the maximum marks are based on the total marks of theory paper of that subject. The number of questions, however, is based on the time given of 90 minutes and the time it may take to solve the question.
