The Central Board of Secondary Education in partnership with the Lend-a-Hand organization has developed an online learning and assessment module on the basic Multi Skill Foundation Course for the teachers in order to promote the multi-skill foundation courses and to provide training to teachers of the board. The course will be available from June 29 to July 8, 2021. Registration is mandatory for teachers to attend the course.
According to the official notification issued by the CBSE, the course has been developed with an aim to create and make learning multi-sensory joyful, reflective, and multidisciplinary. The course will have three modules on Technology, life science, and employability skills, and vocational pedagogy.

Module Details
Module one will have workshop and engineering techniques and energy and environment while the second module will include gardening, nursery, and agriculture techniques, and food processing techniques. Module three will be on enhancing the employability skills and vocational pedagogy of the teachers.
According to the official notification, every module which is an online orientation will be organized for the teachers to give them an overview of the content and how to use the course links. After conducting the orientation session the teachers will be given 48 hours for completion of the respective modules after which assessment will be conducted on the module.
Teachers will not be able to access the orientation session, training links, or assessments without completing the registrations. The link to complete the registrations will be open until June 27, 2021.
