GATE 2022: Registration window Extended, Apply at gate.iitkgp.ac.in until Sept 28

The GATE 2022 Registration dates have been extended by IIT Kharagpur. According to the information provided on the official website, the last date for students to complete the GATE 2022 registrations has been extended by the officials until September 28, 2021. Students applying can now complete the registration process until the said date. As per the earlier schedule, the last date for students to complete the registrations was today - September 24, 2021. 

The registration window for the GATE 2022 will be closing today - September 24, 2021. Candidates who are yet to complete the GATE 2022 registration process can visit the official website to complete the same. Students applying for the entrance examination must note that they will be able to complete the GATE 2022 application form and submit the GATE 2021 application fee until October 1, 2021. 

The GATE 2022 examinations are conducted by IIT Kharagpur. As per the schedule given, the GATE 2022 examinations will be conducted on February 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2022. Students interested to appear in the February 2022 examinations are hence advised to visit the official website and complete the online registration process.

GATE 2022 Registration Procedure

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT Kharagpur - GATE 2022

Step 2: Click on the GATE 2022 ‘Apply Online’ link

Step 3: Click on New Registrations and enter the links in the required link

Step 4: Complete the Registration process and use the registration link to complete the online application for GATE 2022

Step 5: Submit the GATE 2022 application fee and click on the final submission link

Students applying for the GATE 2022 examinations must note that their name must exactly be the same as that in the photo id provided in order to avoid the cancellation of applications. IIT Kharagpur has this year added three new papers - Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, and Geomatics to the GATE 2022 list of exams. 

Documents to be submitted

Students applying for the GATE 2021 admissions must make sure that they have with them all the necessary educational certificates to be uploaded as scanned copies, photo id proof like Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card Voters ID and Driving License, Caste Certificate, and other categories certificates and the passport size photograph and signature.

Students applying for the GATE 2021 entrance exams must make sure that they go through the examination pattern and the syllabus when preparing for the exams.
