ICSE, ISC Results 2021: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the result of ICSE and ISC class 10th and 12th respectively today in online mode. The ICSE, ISC class 10th and 12th result 2021 are available on the official website - ciscse.org. Students are required to enter their index number, UID and captcha code in the login window to check the result of both classes. The online ICSE, ISC Board 10th 12th result will comprise the marks details of the students along with grades, remarks, etc. 

This year, because of the second wave of COVID-19 cases in across the nation, the central government decided to cancel the ISC, ICSE board exams for class 12th and 10th. Therefore, the board results have been announced as per new evaluation criteria released by the exam conducting body.

ICSE ISC Result 2021 Statistics 

As per the data, a total of 219,499 students had registered for ICSE. The total number of boys was 1,18,846, out of which, 1,18,819 or 99.98% have been declared passed. The number of girls was 1,00,653 and out of them, 1,00,635 or 99.98% have qualified. Talking about region-wise pass percentage - In north, east, west, south and foreign - 99.97%, 99.98%, 99.99%, 100% and 100% respectively.

For ISC, a total of 94,011 students had registered. Out of which 50,459 were boys and 43,552 were girls. The pass percentage of boys is 99.66% whereas for girls the pass percentage is 99.86%. The region-wise ass percentage recorded by ISC for north, east, west, south and foreign are - 99.75%, 99.70%, 99.91%, 99.91% and 100 respectively.

ICSE 10th Result 2021: Evaluation Criteria 

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) had announced a policy for the tabulation of marks for class 10th board exams. Students will be evaluated based on this criterion as the exams were cancelled. Check below the marking scheme released by the CISCE: 

• The average marks of papers/subjects scored by candidates in various tests/exams conducted by the school at the classes 9 and 10 through the academic years 2019-20 and 2020-21 respectively (in percentage form i.e. out of 100).
• The internal assessment marks (the project work and practical for the ICSE year 2021 examination).

ISC 12th Result 2021: Evaluation Criteria 

According to the ISC 12th evaluation criteria 2021, the marks obtained in Class 11 and 12 examinations will be considered to evaluate the ISC 12th result 2021. Check below the marking scheme released by the CISCE: 

• The average marks of papers/subjects scored by candidates in various tests/exams conducted by the school at the classes 11 and 12 through the academic years 2019-20 and 2020-21 respectively (in percentage form i.e. out of 100).
• The class 10 average marks (English + best four subjects) of only those candidates who had passed class 10 from examination boards other than the CISCE, since the class 10 average marks for candidates who had passed class 10 from CISCE are already available with the board.
• Also, the ISC result for class 12 will be calculated based on the project and practical work in the subjects, the performance of candidates in the school examinations in the subjects in Classes 9 and 10, measured through their best marks obtained in the two years (referred to as raw marks) and the best performance of the school in the last six years.

How To Check ICSE, ISC Results 2021 in Online mode?

Students who are registered for the 2020-2021 batch for ISC, ICSE class 12th and 10th will have to log in to the official website to check the results. The result will be announced in online mode only. Students are advised to follow the steps mentioned below to access their CISCE 10th and 12th result 2021 - 

• Step 1 - Go to the official website of CISCE - cisce.org.
• Step 2 - On the homepage, click on Results 2021 - ICSE and ISC (as registered for)
• Step 3 - ISC class 12th or ICSE class 10 result 2021 window will be opened on the screen.
• Step 4 - Enter the respective Index number, UID and the Captcha code and click on show result.
• Step 5 - The result will be displayed on the screen.
