The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has officially announced the timetable for the class 8th and 9th exams. The class 8th exams will commence on January 28, while the Class 9th exams are scheduled to begin on January 29. The exam will be held in two shifts: the first shift will run from 9:45 am to 1 pm, and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates can access and download the official date sheet from the official website at jac.jharkhand.gov.in. Additionally, the admit cards for the class 9th exam will be available on the same portal.
For class 8th exams, the Department of school Examination and literacy in Jharkhand, Ranchi, will utilize OMR Sheets. Each subject will consist of multiple choice questions (MCQs) worth 50 marks, with a school-level internal evaluation contributing 100 marks. The detailed exam schedule will include important information on timings, subject, exam date and other guidelines. Candidates must ensure that they carry their admit card on the exam day to avoid any last-minute issues at the examination center.
