NEET UG Counselling 2020 Round 2 Registrations to commence from today, Complete Registrations at mcc.nic.in

NEET 2020 Counselling Registration Begins: The Medical Counselling Committee will begin the Round 2 NEET-UG 2020 Counselling Registrations from today onwards. Students eligible to apply for the NEET UG 2020 Round 2 Counselling can visit the official website of MCC to complete the registration and choice filling process. The Medical Councelling Committee had earlier postponed the NEET UG Round 2 counselling registrations to November 20, 2020. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of MCC to complete the registration and choice filling process. According to media reports, the schedule has been postponed due to the seats reserved for the Wards of Insured Persons being added in the seat amtrak for Round 2. Candidates can check the revised schedule through the link available below.

NEET 2^nd Allotment Result on 25^th November

According to the counselling schedule released by the Medical Counselling Committee, the registration process for 2^nd Round of Counselling will begin today i.e. on 18^th November and continue until 22^nd November 2020. As part of the registration process, candidates will have to submit their choices or preferences for courses and colleges by midnight on 22^nd November. Following the completion of this process, candidates will get Result for Round 2 Seat Allotment for NEET 2020 Counselling on 25^th November 2020.

NEET 2^nd Round Counselling – Important Instructions

Candidates who are participating in the 2^nd Round of Counselling for NEET 2020 are advised to go through the important instructiosn that are listed below. These instructions will help candidates understand the counselling process and also point out the important terms and conditions for the same.

1. As directed by the Supreme Court of India, Students taking admission to MBBS / BDS programmes under AIQ (All India Quota) will not be permitted to vacate seats
2. Candidates allotted seats under 2^nd Round in AIQ/ Deemed Counselling, can only opt for Exit with Forfeiture of security amount
3. Candidates who are registered in 1^st Round but didn’t get seats are eligible to participate in the 2^nd Round
4. Registered candidates whose seats got cancelled after being allotted in 1^st Round during document verification, are eligible to participate
5. Candidates allotted seats in 1^st Round but those who are seeking upgradtion
6. Candidates who have been allotted seat under 1^st Round but those who have not joined
7. All Candidates need to register fresh for Round 2. There is no automatic carry over.
