WB JEXPO 2020 Postponed: The West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development has postponed JEXPO 2020. As per reports, the new dates for JEXPO 2020 will be announced soon. The decision to postpone JEXPO 2020 has been taken due to the extension of the COVID-19 lockdown in the country until 3rd May 2020. WB JEXPO was earlier scheduled to be held on 26th April 2020. The admit cards of JEXPO 2020 were to be released on 16th April 2020. However with the entrance exam being postponed the release of the WB JEXPO admit card 2020 has also been postponed.
The last date to apply for the Joint Entrance Examination for Admission to Diploma Institutes (Engineering & Technology, Architecture) - JEXPO 2020 as well as VOCLET 2020 was earlier extended to 15th April 2020 by the conducting body. Candidates interested in appearing for the examination can still apply for WB JEXPO 2020 by visiting the official and registering for the same.
Candidates must note that the application form of WB JEXPO 2020 was initially made available in the online as well as the offline mode. However, the facility to submit jEXPO application form 2020 in the offline mode was concluded on 16th March 2020. The application fee of WB JEXPO 2020 can be paid in the online mode via Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card. The WB JEXPO 2020 application form was released on 2nd January. WB JEXPO is and entrance test conducted for screening of candidates for admission to Engineering, Technology and Architecture courses in various self-financed polytechnics in the state of West Bengal. JEXPO 2020 will be conducted in the offline mode as a pen-and-paper based test.
