
WBJEE 2021: As per the latest update, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has revised the WB Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) dates. As per the revised schedule, the WBJEE exam will be conducted on 17th July in offline mode. The exam will be held in two shifts. WBJEE first shift will be conducted between 11 am and 1 pm for Paper 1 (Mathematics) while the second shift will be held from 2 to 4 pm for Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry).
Earlier, the West Bengal JEE was scheduled to be held on 11th July. However, it has been postponed to 17th July. As per the official statement, “In view of the COVID-19 second wave pandemic situation and continued restrictions, the date of WBJEE-2021 has been rescheduled keeping in mind the health and academic interest of the aspiring candidates."
WBJEE 2021 Other Important Dates
As per the revised schedule, the admit card for WB Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) will be released on 12th July 2021 in online mode. Candidates will be able to download it till the date of the exam that is 17th July. Only those who have successfully registered for the exam will be able to download the admit card. The authorities have not yet announced the result date. The application form of WBJEE was available from 23rd February to 30th March 2021.
About WBJEE 2021
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, commonly known as WBJEE is a state-level entrance test conducted for admission into the undergraduate Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture programmes in Government and self-financed institutions and universities across West Bengal.
The exam is conducted for two papers - Paper 1 (Mathematics) and Paper 2 (Physics and Chemistry). Both papers will be conducted for 2 hours. Candidates qualifying WBJEE 2020 result will be eligible to participate in the counselling process and take the admission process further.
