Eligibility Criteria for Advocates

Educational Qualification and Experience:

Advocates - Minimum 5 years of regular practice in conducting cases of Civil/Criminal nature in the High Court, for empanelment of Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad/ Uttaranchal. Minimum 5 years of regular practice in conducting cases of Civil/Criminal nature in the District Courts / CGIT/ CAT and other Tribunals of U.P.
